California Prop 65 Warning

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including THC, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Effective January 3, 2021, California added THC to the Proposition 65 list because exposure to THC during pregnancy may cause reproductive harm. Under federal law, CBD products may contain up to 0.3% THC, however, no safe harbor level of exposure to THC has been established yet under California’s Prop. 65. While Incredibles tests all hemp-derived CBD products to ensure there is no detectable THC in our product, we err on the side of caution and transparency and choose to display the Prop. 65 warning on our website until a safe harbor level for THC has been established in California. CBD is not on California’s Prop. 65 list.
